Peer-to-Peer Education Program-
Peer-to-Peer is a 10-week interactive learning program for people with any serious mental illness who are interested in establishing and maintaining their wellness and recovery. Participants create their own advance directive and a relapse plan to help identify feelings, thoughts, behavior or events that may warn of impending relapse and to plan for intervention.
